Not legal advice

JUDGELENS provides legal information drawn from public court records. Nothing on this platform is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created. Consult a licensed attorney about your matter.

What the data is — and isn't

Records come from public sources, principally CourtListener (Free Law Project) and links to official courts. Indexing is incomplete by nature: absence from JUDGELENS is not evidence that a decision, judge, or event doesn't exist. Analytics describe the retrieved record only and never establish bias, favoritism, or misconduct.

Acceptable use

No automated scraping of JUDGELENS, no attempts to access sealed or protected records, no misrepresentation of our content as official court output, and no use of the platform to harass or defame any person, including judges. Allegations and findings are distinguished throughout the platform.

Accounts and membership

You're responsible for activity under your account. Free features are free forever; paid tiers are granted only after real payment processing is connected — we don't simulate payments. You may cancel anytime; no partial-period refunds are implied until billing goes live.

Data sources and attribution

CourtListener data is used under the Free Law Project's terms; opinions retain their original citations and source links. Judicial profile information is republished with source attribution.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, JUDGELENS is not liable for decisions made in reliance on the platform, or for inaccuracies in upstream public data.
